Tokyo’s Metropolitan Police Department plans to investigate the recent disruptions of Japanese government and other websites that might have been caused by cyberattacks by a Russian hacker group, investigative sources said Wednesday.
It became temporarily difficult Tuesday to access the government’s e-Gov portal website, which offers wide-ranging administrative information, according to sources including the Digital Agency.
